We at Ilashroom make every reasonable effort to make sure your shopping experience is a positive one. That is why we have put strict quality control in place to ensure that you receive defect-free eyelashes. However, due to our products’ nature, we DO NOT offer refunds/exchange on items simply because of a change of mind or the product is not wanted anymore.
Exchange/Refund Policy
Of course, in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, Ilashroom will exchange the eyelash extensions or refund you (at your own choice). To get entitled to an exchange or refund, kindly follow the steps below.
Steps to Make a Return
1- Kindly send us an email containing proof of the product being faulty, damaged, or incorrect within two days after receiving your package.
2- Kindly take note that your email should also contain the receipt/proof of payment.
3- We will get back to you within 48 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form via email. Kindly print the RMA form, fill it, scan it and send it back to us by email.
4- Once we receive the filled RMA form, within 24-48 hours, we will send you a return mailing label, packing slip, and a support ticket ID number via email. Kindly print all these items and include them with the returned product.
5- Once we receive the returned items, we email you and arrange for an exchange or refund within three days.
Important Things to Note :
1- Please ensure that the product’s receipt and quality pictures are attached to your first email. Also, kindly let us know whether you demand a refund or exchange in the same email.
3- If you choose a refund, kindly be aware that all refunds will be credited to the original payment method. You may need to wait for certain days to get back your money, depending on the original payment method.
4-You don’t need to pay anything for the parcel shipping since the returned package includes a return shipping label.
5- If we don’t receive the returned product for any reason or the returned product is not in the same condition shown in the picture, Ilashroom does not take any compensatory actions.
